We canceled our account with plenty time told them not to charge our credit card that we are canceling our account. They charged our card anyways and they have yet to give us our credit back..We own The Lodge at Bridal Creek.

A lot of their vendor accounts are actually fake to create an atmosphere of a very busy platform. WARNING to vendors: 80% of leads are going to receive will be fake leads. Very time/money consuming, super low results. Better invest it any other way of advertising or buy yourself a new gear. WeddingWire is scum and absolutely not worth it.
