Should be Illegal Their business practice should honestly be illegal. It's unethical at best, and infuriating to deal with. Their customer service/"account management" team keeps rotating account managers without notifying me, so I've had to deal with multiple people on multiple occasions. I haven't gotten a single quality lead from this platform. Every single one of them is unresponsive, and I have received several spam inquiries of people trying to fish and scam for information. TheKnot/WeddingPro/WeddingWire refuses to let me cancel or provide a refund. I will NEVER trust this company or hire them for ANY services EVER again.

False leads and numbers They literally send you almost zero buisness. We have had 55 or so couples send generic messages to have 1 answer. We think they are falsifying facts and leads. We have some proof of it and are going to start a class action lawsuit as the reviews on here from all these other companies seem to say the same. Send any proof you have to us just look us up on the internet we are MKE hall in Milwaukee Wi. We cant post our contact info on here. We will be reaching out to each one of you. Anyone reading this review dont use them. They are beyond terrible.

Fake leads, just like all if not most of these comments Fake leads just like everyone else who doesn’t pay top dollar. I will be contacting the federal trade commission for false advertising. I truly wish I did my research before I signed up for a year contract. & the fact that they can “accommodate to what you can afford monthly” but send fake leads is crazy to me.

Tim's Florist Massapequa, ny… so i posted a review of Tim's Florist in massapequa who did our wedding and the guy came in drunk and was tripping over and i posted the review on weddingwire.com where i met the guy and they were saying i can make accusations etc, the florist was asking telling them i didnt do business with them so i gave them copies of my invoices signed and dated from the florist but they still said i can't make accusations of him being drunk and tripping and dropping all the things during set up at my venue, when they weren't accusations they were true. They are very pro vendor and don't want to post the truth. terrible site for real reviews with real people!

Borderline scam Borderline scam! I am running the studio trying to get more costumers. Of course initially Sales rep promised multiple leads a week based on my studio location and other factors. Half a year later and I have a zero business from them. When I email them all they come back to me is that I am locked in 12 month contract. It is disgusting how unethical they operate. My suggestion to them is to be more costumer oriented and less greedy instead of giving some cliche response to this review.
