THEY STINK!! Do not, I repeat DO NOT PAY WEDDING WIRE FOR ADVERTISING! They make it very easy for customers to simply get a huge amount of estimates without actually looking at your company profile. Even though I have a price list, every request I get is a pre-written Wedding Wire request for a price. Lazy clients go to Wedding Wire to send out bulk estimate requests and and are looking for unrealistic dirt cheap prices. Don't waste you time or money. They also adivised me to set up a fake wedding to get phots, so you are competing with that as well. They are a JOKE!

They could care less about their vendor… They could care less about their vendor relations, you can not get decent help, they do not uphold their end of commitments, and fail to provide renewal notice but then charge you anyway as a vendor. They are absolutely horrible and the quality of leads has been less than desired. A complete waste of advertising and marketing dollars.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THE KNOT The Knot and Wedding Wire are horrible. They lure you in with insinuations of all the leads you'll get, how much traffic they get, etc. But it's all lies and false promises, and they'll never outwardly promise anything, they're very careful with their wording, but it is heavily implied that you will get leads. The leads are all fake, people never respond, never book you. They 100% take advantage of small businesses and trap them in contracts.

Should be Illegal Their business practice should honestly be illegal. It's unethical at best, and infuriating to deal with. Their customer service/"account management" team keeps rotating account managers without notifying me, so I've had to deal with multiple people on multiple occasions. I haven't gotten a single quality lead from this platform. Every single one of them is unresponsive, and I have received several spam inquiries of people trying to fish and scam for information. TheKnot/WeddingPro/WeddingWire refuses to let me cancel or provide a refund. I will NEVER trust this company or hire them for ANY services EVER again.

Fake leads, just like all if not most of these comments Fake leads just like everyone else who doesn’t pay top dollar. I will be contacting the federal trade commission for false advertising. I truly wish I did my research before I signed up for a year contract. & the fact that they can “accommodate to what you can afford monthly” but send fake leads is crazy to me.
