Fast replies, faster solutions Prompt response via email and quick action was taken when login details were sent, problem was diagnosed within a very fast timeframe allowing our team to take action and fix it. Extremely pleased with both the competence in troubleshooting and fast response times. Aloha POS has its troublesome quirks but with a support department like this it makes those manageable.

The only reason I even gave two stars… The only reason I even gave two stars is because of the out of country tech support. They are extremely professional and helpful. The sales team and installers leave a lot to be desired!! The sales team never returned our calls or responded to emails, it’s a shame considering the money spent on an inferior, outdated product. The installation team was in a hurry to leave for their vacation and did not set up the printers correctly. They did not test to insure that they were working properly. The so called trainer stuck around for an hour after he messed up the ticket routing. No one responded to help us. Overall extremely dissatisfied.
