Very Happy customer They were very knowledgeable which meant they fixed the problem as I waited on the phone. The next day a had a completely separate problem, they worked on the problem, could not fix at their level. They escalated to other people. Called me back in 40 minuets. All set. Fast replies, faster solutions Prompt response via email and quick action was taken when login details were sent, problem was diagnosed within a very fast timeframe allowing our team to take action and fix it. Extremely pleased with both the competence in troubleshooting and fast response times. Aloha POS has its troublesome quirks but with a support department like this it makes those manageable.

NCR's Enterprise team rocks! The Enterprise team has ALWAYS been super fast and knowledgeable. I've been using the product for decades and they are the best in the business.
