GBZana is the help desk representative from heaven Your help desk representative, Zana, is superior. She was able to help us solve a difficult problem with our kitchen printer. Her knowledge of the Aloha system and computers in general is extensive. When the remote access wouldn't work as a means to fix the problem, she created a work-around and made it work. When many help desk personnel would have just given up or tried to pass the problem to someone else, Zana kept going until we had it up and running. You have a real gem with Zana working for you. PRFast replies, faster solutions Prompt response via email and quick action was taken when login details were sent, problem was diagnosed within a very fast timeframe allowing our team to take action and fix it. Extremely pleased with both the competence in troubleshooting and fast response times. Aloha POS has its troublesome quirks but with a support department like this it makes those manageable.
