USThe only reason I even gave two stars… The only reason I even gave two stars is because of the out of country tech support. They are extremely professional and helpful. The sales team and installers leave a lot to be desired!! The sales team never returned our calls or responded to emails, it’s a shame considering the money spent on an inferior, outdated product. The installation team was in a hurry to leave for their vacation and did not set up the printers correctly. They did not test to insure that they were working properly. The so called trainer stuck around for an hour after he messed up the ticket routing. No one responded to help us. Overall extremely dissatisfied.

USPatience The gentleman on the other end of the line did everything possible that he could do to help me out he went above and beyond I've made other calls with different issues and have had some so so results but this one was quite unique. You could honestly tell that he was there to help me. Awesome job

USI have spent countless hours on the… I have spent countless hours on the phone with Aloha techs over the past few months due to a plethora of system issues. The technician I spoke with today was easily the best over the phone customer service/technical support experience I have ever had. He deserves a raise and promotion. Knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue effciently.

USZana is the help desk representative from heaven Your help desk representative, Zana, is superior. She was able to help us solve a difficult problem with our kitchen printer. Her knowledge of the Aloha system and computers in general is extensive. When the remote access wouldn't work as a means to fix the problem, she created a work-around and made it work. When many help desk personnel would have just given up or tried to pass the problem to someone else, Zana kept going until we had it up and running. You have a real gem with Zana working for you.
