INNo response from infibeam after order and 100% payment for AC I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam. Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. There is no option available in the online portal for cancellation of the order. TLK Rao Hyderabad

INworst buyer experience I bought karbonn phone for around 5000 rs and it caught fire during charging. When i returned the priduct they didnot refund the money to my bank account and i had to buy stupidest products from their site. Eveb worse is the look and feel of the site. The products are shown so small like a miniature and no details are provided about the product. The customer care is aleays under maintenance. My suggestion for them would be to shut down their company. See websites like muntra jabong snapdeal and flipkart abd learn from them. Bogis website bogud products no discounts bogud customet care.

GBWorst place to do online buying I got a very bad exprience with my first purchase with Infibeam. I was kept waiting for more than 2 weeks and the order was finally cancelled. Infibeam has no regret and customers loss. For customer satisfaction they should offer coupons or some kind of appreciation. But they are just bothered about their business. I hate such service. I Would never recomment Infibeam.

IN# Fraud, Pathetic Customer Service and Useless Promos Recently 15 days back ( oct 1 st ) I placed a non-cod order in infibeam . after 2 hours I got order confirmation email . while placing the order ( its shows max order estimate delivery date oct 8th ) . since now ( oct 15th ) I didn't receive the order . daily I contact infibeam customer care through email and call . he simply says pls wait . . . wait. . 2 more days . my order no : 19256404

INworst company cheaters they are just here to cheat people online worst company have not received wireless headphone after 14 days of order and after that received it faulty. their courier guys picked it up and now company is blaming that you have sent us broken headphones. biggest cheaters on web. worst worst worst i have even filed complaint against them in consumer forum.
