I had worst experience while shopping… I had worst experience while shopping with infibeam. I have ordered strotium 16gb microsd card. I recieved courier. The courier was packed properly but as soon as I opened the packet was already opened and there was no memory card in it. I have complained 3 times but they are not accepting their fault and I loss my money.

very nice i booked canvas knight on 2nd of august midnight... as it's price was lower as compared to others... bt next day when i read the reviews i got shocked..nd thought i mde my life biggest mistake... so i called them nd enquired about my product shipment and delivery.. it shipped d product at the time they promised.. nd delived two days before the actualy delivery date.. thanks infi beam...i dont knw guys why you faced delivery problems... br i am more than satisfied.. hope so infi beam treat their all customers like me...

Useless company with abysmal customer service Ordered few items with Infibeam in the past. On two occasions, they have messed up the order and have taken a long time to correct the wrong. The customer services come up with non-personalised and template based answers to your long and specific emails. Next to zero customer service and useless website. Avoid!!

worst company cheaters they are just here to cheat people online worst company have not received wireless headphone after 14 days of order and after that received it faulty. their courier guys picked it up and now company is blaming that you have sent us broken headphones. biggest cheaters on web. worst worst worst i have even filed complaint against them in consumer forum.

worst buyer experience I bought karbonn phone for around 5000 rs and it caught fire during charging. When i returned the priduct they didnot refund the money to my bank account and i had to buy stupidest products from their site. Eveb worse is the look and feel of the site. The products are shown so small like a miniature and no details are provided about the product. The customer care is aleays under maintenance. My suggestion for them would be to shut down their company. See websites like muntra jabong snapdeal and flipkart abd learn from them. Bogis website bogud products no discounts bogud customet care.
