INExtremely Worst I bought a VOX Mp3 player through Infibeam. They take 22 days to deliver the product. Actually i paid by my credit card and still the product is not working conditions. After i lodge the complaint and they forwarded to company and company took another 18 days to refund my money through Infibeam Wallet. Again by using the wallet money i purchased the power bank and again is not working and now its takes 1 month time to replace still is under process not cleared. So please dont buy any products from Infibeam,. You're screwing yourself by buying anything from infibeam. Dont waste your time and your money as well.

INI had worst experience while shopping… I had worst experience while shopping with infibeam. I have ordered strotium 16gb microsd card. I recieved courier. The courier was packed properly but as soon as I opened the packet was already opened and there was no memory card in it. I have complained 3 times but they are not accepting their fault and I loss my money.

INworst company cheaters they are just here to cheat people online worst company have not received wireless headphone after 14 days of order and after that received it faulty. their courier guys picked it up and now company is blaming that you have sent us broken headphones. biggest cheaters on web. worst worst worst i have even filed complaint against them in consumer forum.

INNo response from infibeam after order and 100% payment for AC I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam. Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. There is no option available in the online portal for cancellation of the order. TLK Rao Hyderabad

INWorst customer care service I ordered 2 books on 18th of October from Bangalore. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself. They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy (waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!
