worst delivery and defected products I ordered this product on 14th july 2013. (order no 11223155). they promised to deliver it before 25th july. but it was delivered on 6th august. Infibeam made world record of slowest and worst delivery (24 days for less than 700 km). i hv paid in advance,hence had no option other than waiting. its worst site i hv ever seen. TV was damaged and defected! i doubt whether they are selling rejected and products. this site is not trust worthy! i made complaint bt there is no positive response! they always make some excuses. i thing now it will take 4-5 months to replace it. got very disappointed. feeling cheated and harassed. thinking to move to consumer forum! do not pay in advance on this site.

Extremely Worst I bought a VOX Mp3 player through Infibeam. They take 22 days to deliver the product. Actually i paid by my credit card and still the product is not working conditions. After i lodge the complaint and they forwarded to company and company took another 18 days to refund my money through Infibeam Wallet. Again by using the wallet money i purchased the power bank and again is not working and now its takes 1 month time to replace still is under process not cleared. So please dont buy any products from Infibeam,. You're screwing yourself by buying anything from infibeam. Dont waste your time and your money as well.

NEVER buy from INFIBEAM! worst experience, a cheating team Order : 10427506 Ordered a mobile phone worth Rs.2999 using credit card. Wrong product delivered. Informed them on time. Asked me to send pictures. After three days i got another call asking to send more pictures for them to believe its a wrong product. I sent 10 photographs in and out. After three days again i got a call saying they want more photographs!!!!! Disgusting. Taking money offering one product and sending the wrong product, and disappointing response towards resolving the issue. Finally the customer executive told me to write to [email protected]. I forwarded all the communications only to find it getting bounced back!! there is no such email id!! CHEATERS CHEATERS CHEATERS IN INFIBEAM!!! NEVER BUY. No response from infibeam after order and 100% payment for AC I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam. Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. There is no option available in the online portal for cancellation of the order. TLK Rao Hyderabad

super fast delivery i bought Zen USB speakers from infibeam on 22nd July and the delivery date was 27th July. I got my order completed on 25th July. The packing was superb with no damage and the quality of product was superb. Love to shop from infibeam. This is not the first time i got the delivery on time before that i purchased few books and mobile as well and the delivery was up to date. Keep doing the same....
