I Was Informed By INFIBEAM That I Will Get It By 18/10/12. But Today Is 18 October And Has Ever Happened. When I Called Them The "EXECUTIVES" again Informed Me That They Haven’t Even Shipped It Yet. They Said That They Will Call Me On 19 October To Aknowledge The Status Of The Order. Lucky Me. I Ordered It By Cash On Delivery Anyone Reading This Should Have Understood By Now That "INFIBEAM" Is The ’WORST’ Choice Whatsoever When It Comes To Online Shopping

IN# Fraud, Pathetic Customer Service and Useless Promos Recently 15 days back ( oct 1 st ) I placed a non-cod order in infibeam . after 2 hours I got order confirmation email . while placing the order ( its shows max order estimate delivery date oct 8th ) . since now ( oct 15th ) I didn't receive the order . daily I contact infibeam customer care through email and call . he simply says pls wait . . . wait. . 2 more days . my order no : 19256404

INNo response from infibeam after order and 100% payment for AC I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam. Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. INWorst customer care service I ordered 2 books on 18th of October from Bangalore. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself. They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy (waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!

INNOT GENUINE PRODUCTS AND WORST SERVICES Order ID: 19408350 Placed an order 14 days back and received a defective product. As per policies i have registered a request within first 72 hours and its been 15 days there is no proper response and trying to manipulate. Even their policies being changed on every days. Worst marketplace and their products, poor services.
