Great service Great follow up service for an order that was lost in the mail. Immediately remailed without question. I received the 2nd shipment at no charge. First one has never arrived.

I placed an order on January 15th I placed an order on January 15th, waited a month before sending an email, sent an email asking where my order is and never got a response. So now we are almost 2 months later, no order, and no response. I would not use this company because it just seems like they just take your money.

The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Simple, Durable, Visible Simple yet durable product that would hopefully help my pets should I not be in a position to call someone to care for them. They do take a little time to process & ship but I love the product and that the company is small and helps shelters as well.
