Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.
