Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! ALL REVIEWS SEEM TO BE GENERATED BY THEM. ** I'm now preparing to post a review to my Google Page... which has over 2 Million reviews. #petcardfraud #stayclear

Happy customer When my order was confirmed, they said they were a small company and it would take some time for me to get my order. I waited a few weeks before asking why I didn't get my tags. I thought, oh oh, a scam on Facebook. I could not have been more wrong! I contacted the company. They apologized that I didn't receive the original tags. They promised them in a week and I had them in four days. Even better is their help for the abandoned animals and rescues they donate a portion of their proceeds to. They are a small company who strive to make their customer happy. I would definitely order from them again.

4 months, No order received It’s been 4 months and I haven’t received my order. I also haven’t received a reply to my email inquiring about my order.
