Worth Your Investment This small company is worth your time! If you have pets and live alone, this item is invaluable. The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Essential pet product! This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I placed an order on January 15th I placed an order on January 15th, waited a month before sending an email, sent an email asking where my order is and never got a response. So now we are almost 2 months later, no order, and no response. I would not use this company because it just seems like they just take your money.

Great idea for knowing my pets will be… Great idea for knowing my pets will be taken care of should anything happen to me. First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.
