First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.

Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! Great service Great follow up service for an order that was lost in the mail. Immediately remailed without question. I received the 2nd shipment at no charge. First one has never arrived.

Happy customer When my order was confirmed, they said they were a small company and it would take some time for me to get my order. I waited a few weeks before asking why I didn't get my tags. I thought, oh oh, a scam on Facebook. I could not have been more wrong! I contacted the company. They apologized that I didn't receive the original tags. They promised them in a week and I had them in four days. Even better is their help for the abandoned animals and rescues they donate a portion of their proceeds to. They are a small company who strive to make their customer happy. I would definitely order from them again.
