The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Great idea for knowing my pets will be… Great idea for knowing my pets will be taken care of should anything happen to me. First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.

Happy customer When my order was confirmed, they said they were a small company and it would take some time for me to get my order. I waited a few weeks before asking why I didn't get my tags. I thought, oh oh, a scam on Facebook. I could not have been more wrong! I contacted the company. They apologized that I didn't receive the original tags. They promised them in a week and I had them in four days. Even better is their help for the abandoned animals and rescues they donate a portion of their proceeds to. They are a small company who strive to make their customer happy. I would definitely order from them again.

Love! I love these! I got extra to share with friends. They took a very long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. (And, yes, they did respond when I emailed to make sure they were coming.) We never know what life is going to throw at us when we leave the house; maybe we're just planning a quick trip to the grocery store, but accidents and unexpected medical issues happen in life so it's such a comfort to not have to worry about my kitties.
