4 months, No order received It’s been 4 months and I haven’t received my order. I also haven’t received a reply to my email inquiring about my order.

Essential pet product! This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Love! I love these! I got extra to share with friends. They took a very long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. (And, yes, they did respond when I emailed to make sure they were coming.) We never know what life is going to throw at us when we leave the house; maybe we're just planning a quick trip to the grocery store, but accidents and unexpected medical issues happen in life so it's such a comfort to not have to worry about my kitties.

Simple, Durable, Visible Simple yet durable product that would hopefully help my pets should I not be in a position to call someone to care for them. They do take a little time to process & ship but I love the product and that the company is small and helps shelters as well.
