I'm so pleased that the tags are now plastic and will hold up better over time than my original laminated ones did, these are much better and the extra ones I bought will go to a friend!!

Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! Worth Your Investment This small company is worth your time! If you have pets and live alone, this item is invaluable. The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Essential pet product! This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.
