Great service Great follow up service for an order that was lost in the mail. Immediately remailed without question. I received the 2nd shipment at no charge. First one has never arrived.

I placed an order on January 15th I placed an order on January 15th, waited a month before sending an email, sent an email asking where my order is and never got a response. So now we are almost 2 months later, no order, and no response. I would not use this company because it just seems like they just take your money.

Essential pet product! This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.
