First shipment must have gotten lost; contacted company and they immediately resent my order which I received in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend pet owners getting these tags.

Worth Your Investment This small company is worth your time! If you have pets and live alone, this item is invaluable. The order process was so easy, when I thought it should have arrived but didn't, I sent an email and the product went out the very next day. They even checked back to make sure it was received! Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! There was bit of time trouble getting… There was bit of time trouble getting my order to me, but as always the folks came through! I'm so pleased that the tags are now plastic and will hold up better over time than my original laminated ones did, these are much better and the extra ones I bought will go to a friend!!
