Essential pet product! This is a fantastic and much-needed product. I feel more secure, knowing that if I were ever in an accident, Responders would be alerted to the fact that I have pets at home. The customer service department at this company is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Love! I love these! I got extra to share with friends. They took a very long time to arrive but it was worth the wait. (And, yes, they did respond when I emailed to make sure they were coming.) We never know what life is going to throw at us when we leave the house; maybe we're just planning a quick trip to the grocery store, but accidents and unexpected medical issues happen in life so it's such a comfort to not have to worry about my kitties.

Company did not provide an order tracking numbe!!! First RED FLAG!! THEN THE COMPANY POLICY - NO refunds, NO returns. Basically, this seems to be a scam! Happy customer When my order was confirmed, they said they were a small company and it would take some time for me to get my order. I waited a few weeks before asking why I didn't get my tags. I thought, oh oh, a scam on Facebook. I could not have been more wrong! I contacted the company. They apologized that I didn't receive the original tags. They promised them in a week and I had them in four days. Even better is their help for the abandoned animals and rescues they donate a portion of their proceeds to. They are a small company who strive to make their customer happy. I would definitely order from them again.
