I placed an order on January 15th I placed an order on January 15th, waited a month before sending an email, sent an email asking where my order is and never got a response. So now we are almost 2 months later, no order, and no response. I would not use this company because it just seems like they just take your money.

What a great and necessary idea! What a great and necessary idea! I ordered a set and then after checkout was offered another great deal so bought a few more to give to friends and family. Shipping was a little slow but their website does warn they are a small organization and I wasn't in a hurry.

This is a great idea! This is a great idea! It's a relief knowing that a trusted caregiver for my pets will be contacted if I'm in an accident while away from home. One less thing to worry about while traveling. Thank you OurPetCard!

Simple, Durable, Visible Simple yet durable product that would hopefully help my pets should I not be in a position to call someone to care for them. They do take a little time to process & ship but I love the product and that the company is small and helps shelters as well.
