CAopen the account for more than 2 month… open the account for more than 2 month but could not do any business due to settlement issue, no one contacted me. I keep on calling either account manager or customer service (processor and payment), no one can help solve the issue. But I still pay $129 for the first month, $87 second month even I already told my account manager to close my account. It's horrible experience!

GBGreat customer service and dedicated account manager My account manager Eric Weiss is on top of it. He was very patient while I slowly started up my business and rarely answered my phone. As soon as I needed help getting my merchant account, Eric worked fast and efficiently to set me up and get my account approved. Payment Cloud is very professional. They have great processing rates with the best customer service. I trust payment cloud over other options just based on the customer service alone.

GBI cancelled my account and sent proper… I cancelled my account and sent proper paperwork for this to happen and they continued to charge me for 2 years and said now say they can only refund me for 2 months.
