CAopen the account for more than 2 month… open the account for more than 2 month but could not do any business due to settlement issue, no one contacted me. I keep on calling either account manager or customer service (processor and payment), no one can help solve the issue. But I still pay $129 for the first month, $87 second month even I already told my account manager to close my account. It's horrible experience!

GBI love this company I love this company. Julie and Ally are amazing they did a great follow up. Ally helped me setting up the portal via NMI and Julie took the application step by step very fast. GBI cancelled my account and sent proper… I cancelled my account and sent proper paperwork for this to happen and they continued to charge me for 2 years and said now say they can only refund me for 2 months.
