Called the toll-free number and chatted with a guy (Brent or Brant). He pulled the order and instantly understood what had happened and assured me it would be handled that day. This is about 4:30 pm their time. Short parts arrived Friday per his comment. Bob's has 2 thumbs up from me and I will be a repeat customer!
