Had the part I needed Had the part I needed. Shipping was fast. Pressure gauge was damaged when I opened the box. Called Farmer Bob's and was amazed with Bill that answered the phone and took care of the issue. Only question asked was my order number and Bill had replacement on the way same afternoon. Oh yeah, Bill said he would go in the warehouse and open the box and make sure needle was not floating around in fluid as previous one. Where do you get customer service like this anymore more? New pressure gauge was perfect.

Farmer Bob’s is the Real Deal!! For several weeks I have been dealing with a split drive shaft on a Vermeer TM 600 hay cutter. I could see from the parts, yoke, u-joints, lemon pipe that a repair was do-able. But everyone I called wanted to sell me a complete assembly. Prices ranged from $400-$900!!! I happened upon Farmer Bobs website. Not only did they have the lemon pipe, they also had the U-joint at very reasonable prices. Their assistance in getting me the exact parts I needed was unbelievable!!! They really cared that I was getting the right parts. Order arrived Monday Order arrived Monday, I opened it around 4pm. Two items, pin assortments were shipped as singles instead of the stated quantities. Called the toll-free number and chatted with a guy (Brent or Brant). He pulled the order and instantly understood what had happened and assured me it would be handled that day. This is about 4:30 pm their time. Short parts arrived Friday per his comment. Bob's has 2 thumbs up from me and I will be a repeat customer!
