GBHad the part I needed Had the part I needed. Shipping was fast. Pressure gauge was damaged when I opened the box. Called Farmer Bob's and was amazed with Bill that answered the phone and took care of the issue. Only question asked was my order number and Bill had replacement on the way same afternoon. Oh yeah, Bill said he would go in the warehouse and open the box and make sure needle was not floating around in fluid as previous one. Where do you get customer service like this anymore more? New pressure gauge was perfect.

GBFarmer Bob had the parts Farmer Bob had the parts, the shipping was very quick, well packaged and they were received in good condition. I am a bit confused concerning an out of stock part. Farmer Bob went out of their way to a phone me and tell me that one of my items was out of stock and it would be shipped at a later time. Cool great service. However when I received the rest of my order the back ordered part was missing though the invoice listed it as shipped. I am pretty confident that it will be eventually shipped, but confused about the invoice suggesting that it was shipped.
