While support has been seldom needed, the few times support was needed, it has been prompt and professional. Absolutely no regrets. (Oh, and nobody paid me to compose and submit this review. I pay WebHost for their very worthwhile hosting service!)

Great team who are ready to assist in… Great team who are ready to assist in every way they can to make sure your site works perfectly right from onboarding to running of your site. My only issue is in the event of emergency where you need urgent response, you sometimes might not get in time probably due to difference in time zones.

Very good value but need more helpful support staff. Very good value. I certainly recommend. Can only 4 stars because support personnel seem to do absolute minimum to answer questions. E.g. they will refer you to an existing help page without reading that you already know about that page but still have a problem. I get the feeling they don't have sufficient staff to really pay attention to the questions they're being asked so it's not an individual's fault.. They are however much, much better than Active24, who are just hopeless. 3Essentials had truly excellent support but their contracts became prohibitively expensive.

Winhost is FANTASTIC! We have used Winhost to host our email and website for 10 years now. Their platform is fantastic! I recently had the need to put up a REST service using .Net Core. Their support team was there for me to help me through issues that weren't even connected to the publishing process. And they also have a fantastic knowledge base to help you through everything that comes up. I highly recommend Winhost.

Very Easy to Use Winhost was very easy to transfer a domain, hosting, and website. We moved from GoDaddy as the site was very slow and not working well. We are using ASP.net and on GoDaddy, the sessionState was timing out frequently, making the site unusable. We move to WinHost and have zero issues with timeout. The reliable, speed, and uptime has been great! We are using MSSQL database and that works really good too. The pricing is reasonable for a small developer and small business client. Highly recommended.
