USI sent in an order for a DNA profile… I sent in an order for a DNA profile and wasn't notified that they didn't have the testing material until Weeks Later then I had to resubmit DNA and wait even more time. I wish we had choices of other companies to use in our breed Club but unfortunately we don't

USDisappointing Since the company changed hands the service is TERRIBLE!! Inaccurate test results and it’s been now more than a month and still no dna profile result. I’ll no longer be using PPG!

USPrompt results, great customer service The results came in earlier than the projected timeframe, the email updates and access to my acct were clear and easy to access, when I called to ask clarifying questions (twice) the staff who responded to me were gracious and very clear - all of this was very helpful and appreciated.
