GB**** the Chowbus Well, let’s see… waited 3 hours for our delivery via the Chowbus. Delivery never happened. Called restaurant. They said the Chowbus people never showed up! What?! So why can’t the Chowbus peeps call us and say they’re not coming. So I drive 3 hrs later to get cold food. Now I’m trying to get the delivery charge AND the tip back. **** the Chowbus, 😞

GBWe ordered dinner on Friday and it was… We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.

GBSupport local Asian businesses, but don't use this app Customer service representative are all rude and didn't even let me know they were from Chowbus. It was just a random number from Florida and then the representative had the audacity to yell at me and rush me instead of taking her time to talk to me about the situation. Great idea on the app to help other Asian businesses out, but horrible customer service.

GBThey ruined my family reunion on thanksgiving day! I ordered lunch for the family on thanksgiving day through Chowbus. It’s supposed to e delivered between noon to 2:00pm. I was confirmed the order around 9:00am. However, I received a call after 12:15pm from Chowbus saying my lunch order has been canceled because the restaurant is not open for today. My whole family was waiting for the lunch delivery at that time and there was no time for us to prepare other things. When I tried to solve the problem with their customer service, they just rudely disconnected me. At last, they just ignored my request message. Thanksgiving day is such a important family reunion time, especially after long time not seeing the rest of the family during the pandemic. It is really unfair that the Chowbus team is so irresponsible! They could at least notify me a little earlier. Even before today, they have barely delivered within the time window they promised. Don’t trust this business. Service is very bad and customer service is rude and irresponsible!
