Worst customer service They don't have a customer service department. I placed an order by mistake, and sent a message to cancel right away. Someone contacted me in 15 minutes, and told me that they couldn't cancel my order because it was too late. So I felt like I was forced to have something that I didn't intend to order. It is very difficult to navigate through their system. And there are many hidden fees associated with it. Be careful! I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

Support local Asian businesses, but don't use this app Customer service representative are all rude and didn't even let me know they were from Chowbus. It was just a random number from Florida and then the representative had the audacity to yell at me and rush me instead of taking her time to talk to me about the situation. Great idea on the app to help other Asian businesses out, but horrible customer service.

Absolutely disappointing Absolutely disappointing delivering services. Doesn't matter if they have great food choices on the app if they can't deliver them to your door. I waited for more than 2 hours for my food to deliver in Chicago. That didn't happen once, it happened quite often and I live in the South Loop area which is ironic that no one is delivering food in a big city. I am moving to Uber Eats and other alternative options, this is the worst food delivering app/service in 2020/2021.

Left the restaurant steaming hot got here cold as ice I made an order ,and got it two hours after it left the restaurant and it was ice cold. The company is defending their position saying it was delivered in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor do not use this company.
