Absolutely disappointing Absolutely disappointing delivering services. Doesn't matter if they have great food choices on the app if they can't deliver them to your door. I waited for more than 2 hours for my food to deliver in Chicago. That didn't happen once, it happened quite often and I live in the South Loop area which is ironic that no one is delivering food in a big city. I am moving to Uber Eats and other alternative options, this is the worst food delivering app/service in 2020/2021.

Support local Asian businesses, but don't use this app Customer service representative are all rude and didn't even let me know they were from Chowbus. It was just a random number from Florida and then the representative had the audacity to yell at me and rush me instead of taking her time to talk to me about the situation. Great idea on the app to help other Asian businesses out, but horrible customer service.

Trying to sign up...but Reached out last Wednesday as a restaurant looking to sign up for their service. Three email exchanges with two different people back and forth and gave them our name location and contact for sign up. As of today Monday, nothing. We sent an email again following up this morning. Nothing. Disappointed. Understand if we are busy but some sort of update would be appreciated.

Chowbus is the best asian restaurant Chowbus is a very nice asian restaurant and serves asian food very good.

Never again. 2hr+ wait, delivery driver is on a personal errand First time I was excited to order from here as it had Asian restaurants I didn't see before, offering delivery. But that was the exception. My wait time updated from an hour wait to 2 hr wait . I got 30 more minutes. I looked at the map and see driver is at a grocery store... I guess he had other errands to run..will never ever use this again. 2 hr wait for food, when restaurant is 15 minutes away. And the driver is doing their personal shopping while I'm guessing my food is getting cold in the car.
