He said he personally packed and shipped the order. He also gave me a $25 gift certificate for the mistake. Now that's customer service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I liked the quality of the syrups I liked the quality of the syrups. And communicating with the manager was a special pleasure. You can't find such responsive managers everywhere.

Just OK Just ordered the Pumpkin Spice, Hibiscus & Ginger and Madagascar Vanilla syrups. The pumpkin spice did not meet expectations in that the dominant flavor was ginger--not cinnamon/allspice/clove. The Hibiscus was also a little less disappointing for the same reason--more ginger, but hibiscus not strong enough. Should be fine as a mixer, but expected better. Haven't tried the Vanilla yet, but am hoping since is only a single flavor, should be ok.

00 Flour and Hickory Syrup 00 Flour and Hickory Syrup, Wow! Finding the pizza crust I make at home unacceptable and not being able to find 00 flour locally, I turned to the internet and discovered Nerd Bakery - I mean, who could resist a name like that? I ordered 2 bags of the 00 flour and, being a curious sort, decided to try the Hickory syrup...oh my, what a find! The order arrived when the Nerds said it would, was nicely packaged and undamaged. The 00 flour has helped my pizza crust be lighter and crispier, and the Hickory syrup is wonderful wherever you would use maple syrup. The Ginger syrup is outstanding, too. Really good company; I highly recommend it.

Not only do I LOVE these syrups for… Not only do I LOVE these syrups for their REAL ingredients, but their customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND! I reached out with some questions about shipping and heard back IMMEDIATELY, with humility and transparency. Both are hard to come by these days, and I will definitely be a customer for life for many reasons. Thank you, Nerd Bakery!!!
