I like their syrups are not just for sweets but they also have some spices. it's very delicious! the cookies are well made! The fact that they use natural ingredients makes it very tasty and more delicious. and their packaging as well its nicely done. plus the name of the bakery makes it more unique and lovely!

I truly enjoyed both the lavender syrup… I truly enjoyed both the lavender syrup and ginger syrup! I actually ordered the hibiscus ginger syrup and ended up getting the ginger syrup instead, at first I was a little upset, however, the ginger syrup doesn’t disappoint! I will definitely order from here again!

00 Flour and Hickory Syrup 00 Flour and Hickory Syrup, Wow! Finding the pizza crust I make at home unacceptable and not being able to find 00 flour locally, I turned to the internet and discovered Nerd Bakery - I mean, who could resist a name like that? I ordered 2 bags of the 00 flour and, being a curious sort, decided to try the Hickory syrup...oh my, what a find! The order arrived when the Nerds said it would, was nicely packaged and undamaged. The 00 flour has helped my pizza crust be lighter and crispier, and the Hickory syrup is wonderful wherever you would use maple syrup. The Ginger syrup is outstanding, too. Really good company; I highly recommend it.
