Excellent I was very pleased with my experience. I called with a question and gentleman I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to friends and definitely use them again in the future. My purchase was competitively price and packaged securely.

The shipping service is horrendous The shipping service is horrendous. I placed my order on October 10th and just received my package today (November 5th). I was assured that they added an extra bag of pumpkin spice chocolate almonds and a gift card because of the shipping problem. Instead I got 1 opened bag of almonds, my coffee, and no gift card. Too bad their shipping and customer service isn’t great because their products are.

He said he personally packed and shipped the order. He also gave me a $25 gift certificate for the mistake. Now that's customer service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Their coffee and syrups are divine! Their coffee and syrups are divine! I love that their syrups are not just for sweets but they also have spices! The pumpkin spice syrup is my favorite and I am trying peppermint next because the lady that I spoke to when I called didn't just answer my questions but also recommended it when I asked for other products to try. I like the fact that they use natural ingredients as well! They also have cookies and other baked goods which are delicious and came in beautiful packaging!

00 Flour and Hickory Syrup 00 Flour and Hickory Syrup, Wow! Finding the pizza crust I make at home unacceptable and not being able to find 00 flour locally, I turned to the internet and discovered Nerd Bakery - I mean, who could resist a name like that? I ordered 2 bags of the 00 flour and, being a curious sort, decided to try the Hickory syrup...oh my, what a find! The order arrived when the Nerds said it would, was nicely packaged and undamaged. The 00 flour has helped my pizza crust be lighter and crispier, and the Hickory syrup is wonderful wherever you would use maple syrup. The Ginger syrup is outstanding, too. Really good company; I highly recommend it.
