i ordered something to be delivered on… i ordered something to be delivered on a specific date, it was apparently a work holiday, but no notification was given that it would not be delivered on time. they assumed the next business day would be fine, but it was not. i had to call and reschedule delivery. still have not gotten a confirmation email of the delivery date change

She and her team were amazing and very helpful and accommodating to getting the design I wanted within a reasonable budget. Thanks for a great experience! (P.S. Although I had a problem with the cake… Although I had a problem with the cake being delivered to the right place (at college campus) and it was broken the fact that I received my full refund makes me happy and able to trust chef Steve. I will def want to try ordering again with them maybe cookies next time. Lol I am giving them 4 stars for refunding me the cost of cake and shipping.
