GBA satisfied repeat customer! Great experience buying their cookies. Contacted customer service for payment issues and this was promptly resolved. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the quality of the cookies. IMO, it has dropped slightly since I last purchased. Will still continue to buy in the future.

GBI ordered a bouquet for my husband for… I ordered a bouquet for my husband for Father's Day as he was working out of town. I was so excited to surprise him with this treat. I never received a confirmation email or an email when it shipped/ delivered. When delivered, It was the mug, but not the cookies I ordered and I would have appreciated an email stating what they substituted. My husband was not impressed with the quality of the cookies as they were very dry. I expected excellence with the amount I paid for the bouquet and delivery.

GBGreat Experience The photos that our daughter and daughter-in-law sent of their two different cookie bouquets showed that they looked exactly like the photos on Cookie Bouquets's website. My daughter said the cookies were good. If they were warmed for about 20 seconds, the almond flavor of the cookies came out. Each of the bouquets was delivered on time - one in Illinois; the other in Texas, and were ready to ship within 3-4 days after they were ordered. I highly recommend this company.

GBThe cookies were not being delivered to a patient I have no idea how the birthday gift box of cookies was because FedEx apparently didn't deliver them to the right address, as there is no one on staff at the Buffalo VA Medical Center with the name of the person who signed for them. The cookies were not being delivered to a patient, so I hope whoever got them, enjoyed them. My daughter works at the VA as a supervisor in the Mental Health department. Jeff Fonner doesn't work in the mail room he works in the warehouse and why didn't he take the initiative to get the delivery made? I'm done with this, Just give me a refund

GBDon’t use this company for hospital deliveries… Do not use this company for hospital deliveries. We paid 40$ extra to get them to a child at MD Anderson. Supposedly the cookies were delivered to a name we don’t know. There was no picture of drop off and the sweet baby didn’t get his cookies. The manager was extremely unprofessional when we called to find out what happened. She said something about this happening at hospitals but they don’t tell clients this ahead of time. 😢 Supposedly they were gunna track the cookies down and let us know what could be done. Never happened.
