Waste of Money The cookies were not good at all...The appearance was ok but made with cheap products...I wanted something different than our usual (chocolate strawberries or Nothing Bundt cakes) but when they arrived I had to sample one to make sure my guests would enjoy and to my surprise all of them were not good so I gave it away....hard and no flavor...packages cookies would have been better

My son’s wife Abbey sent me a photo of the bouquet when it arrived. It was beautiful! You made a beautiful little girl Austin Elizabeth very happy for her special day!

Love the personalized logo cookies Love the personalized logo cookies! They make a great client gift or to bring to a sales pitch. Lovely presentation in the gift box, the online ordering process was simple and the logos looked perfect on the cookies! We had half with our logo and the other half with the client's logo. Good price point too. We will be ordering more of these cookies in the future!

Perishable Cookie bouquet left on porch They left cookie bouquet, which is highly perishable in FL weather, on the recipient's porch. They were out of town so they didn't get it. The delivery confirmation said "no signature was requested". That was not an option at purchase that I saw. Why didn't they call / text the person to advise delivery and get alternate instructions like take to neighbor. It's food after all. I was very disappointed with this level of service and carelessness.

The cookies were not being delivered to a patient I have no idea how the birthday gift box of cookies was because FedEx apparently didn't deliver them to the right address, as there is no one on staff at the Buffalo VA Medical Center with the name of the person who signed for them. The cookies were not being delivered to a patient, so I hope whoever got them, enjoyed them. My daughter works at the VA as a supervisor in the Mental Health department. Jeff Fonner doesn't work in the mail room he works in the warehouse and why didn't he take the initiative to get the delivery made? I'm done with this, Just give me a refund
