GBA satisfied repeat customer! Great experience buying their cookies. Contacted customer service for payment issues and this was promptly resolved. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the quality of the cookies. IMO, it has dropped slightly since I last purchased. Will still continue to buy in the future.

GBWaste of Money The cookies were not good at all...The appearance was ok but made with cheap products...I wanted something different than our usual (chocolate strawberries or Nothing Bundt cakes) but when they arrived I had to sample one to make sure my guests would enjoy and to my surprise all of them were not good so I gave it away....hard and no flavor...packages cookies would have been better

GBAmazing!! Amazing! I wanted to send my sister something unique and special for her birthday and came across Cookie Bouquets. I was a little hesitant to try out something new, but was so happy that I did! Ordering was super easy and my sister was so surprised with her bouquet. The cookies were beautiful and delicious! Will definitely be using them again!

GBSetting up my account was tedious and… Setting up my account was tedious and difficult to designate a different delivery address versus the billing address. I never received an e-mail stating the order had been shipped and did not receive a tracking number so I could verify it was physically shipped/ in transit/ or delivered. I still don't know if it was delivered or not.

GBPerishable Cookie bouquet left on porch They left cookie bouquet, which is highly perishable in FL weather, on the recipient's porch. They were out of town so they didn't get it. The delivery confirmation said "no signature was requested". That was not an option at purchase that I saw. Why didn't they call / text the person to advise delivery and get alternate instructions like take to neighbor. It's food after all. I was very disappointed with this level of service and carelessness.
