I ordered a bouquet for my husband for… I ordered a bouquet for my husband for Father's Day as he was working out of town. I was so excited to surprise him with this treat. I never received a confirmation email or an email when it shipped/ delivered. When delivered, It was the mug, but not the cookies I ordered and I would have appreciated an email stating what they substituted. My husband was not impressed with the quality of the cookies as they were very dry. I expected excellence with the amount I paid for the bouquet and delivery.

Great Experience The photos that our daughter and daughter-in-law sent of their two different cookie bouquets showed that they looked exactly like the photos on Cookie Bouquets's website. My daughter said the cookies were good. If they were warmed for about 20 seconds, the almond flavor of the cookies came out. Each of the bouquets was delivered on time - one in Illinois; the other in Texas, and were ready to ship within 3-4 days after they were ordered. I highly recommend this company.

Basket was way too big I send a basket to my friend and she received the cookies in good condition but it was put in a basket that was way too big for it so it looked like there were missing cookies. She even asked me if someone stole some out of there because there were so many empty slots. I would love to understand why my 5 cookie order was put in such a big basket.

A satisfied repeat customer! Great experience buying their cookies. Contacted customer service for payment issues and this was promptly resolved. Only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the quality of the cookies. IMO, it has dropped slightly since I last purchased. Will still continue to buy in the future.

Amazing!! Amazing! I wanted to send my sister something unique and special for her birthday and came across Cookie Bouquets. I was a little hesitant to try out something new, but was so happy that I did! Ordering was super easy and my sister was so surprised with her bouquet. The cookies were beautiful and delicious! Will definitely be using them again!
