This was the 1st time I have used… This was the 1st time I have used Cookiebouquets and the product was fine, the cookies tasted great. What I did not like was that I did not get an estimated delivery date when I placed my order nor did I get a tracking number when it shipped. It took 1 week from when I placed the order to the time it arrived. I was thinking it would arrive within several days. I would order from them again, but I might call in the order to find out all the delivery information.

Received a bouquet today for Mother’s… Received a bouquet today for Mother’s Day. The cookies were stale and not edible. Very poor quality....maybe the problem iis delivery in 105 heat in Arizona. We will family to never order again.

My favorite cookies are peanut butter cookies. They're so soft and rich in taste. So I'm very glad that somehow I accidentally saw your ad online and decided to make my first order, because the idea with cookie bouquets seemed to me quite interesting and tasty))

Definitely worth ordering from! Easy website to navigate and when I had questions, I called and got all my answers quickly. The customer service was outstanding. I asked my client how they enjoyed the cookies and they said they would give the taste of the cookies a 4 out of 5. I had sent the smiley face box filled with cookies and they indicated that people in the hospital thought it was the cheeriest box and brought smiles to everyone's face. I would order again from Cookie bouquets in a heart beat!

retirement gift I sent my sister the cookies that look like balloons in the smiley face bucket for her retirement from teaching. She loved it and the cookies are so good that she is not sharing with anyone in the house. It's the first time I've used this website, but will definitely use it again.
