Zero support without pass phrase that will not be generally circulated throughout the company. Tons of error messages and blocked emails with no explanation. Oscar, jumped into A/B testing and looking into the code, within minutes suggested we look at removing or replacing the video on our website header. He said at times the video source or video name itself can cause a rejection for SSL security. So while on the call I turned off the video, refreshed and BAM the site loaded with SSL. Not too many ppl would look that deep, know what to look for and nail the issue right out of the gate, Give this kid a raise and promotion, he will be a top tech for your company!!!
