Liquid Web is the Best Hosting Provider on the Market Today. I have been using Liquid Web for over ten years. The reason why is because I advertise no downtime to my clients. I am able to do this because of the Liquid Web team of support engineers. When I have issues, I can get live help within a few minutes. They never fail to get my server(s) back up and running. The support service alone is outstanding. I am a senior level Cisco network engineer/architect and I know what it means to provide excellent service to your customers.

I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

Technically competent solutions to our problems We have several sites that need annual SSL CERT updates. I hate doing that every year on our various domains, but here on our Liquid Web account, a short email to the support team and the problem is solved. Like all our other requests of them, direct and technically competent solutions to our problems, and sage advice when needed. I wish our other suppliers were anywhere near as competent.
