GBI have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

GBI've been helped by Kohl on numerous… I've been helped by Kohl on numerous occasions, and have to say that while I've always had good support in general, Kohl's support and suggestions are exceptional! If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. He is a large reason that we choose Liquid Web to host our sites. David Steiner

GBGod awful email platform for premium business Email platform for premium business services is sub standard to say the least. Zero support without pass phrase that will not be generally circulated throughout the company. Tons of error messages and blocked emails with no explanation. No integration to Gmail or other for iphone.
