I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

Jostal from the technical customer… Jostal from the technical customer support team was excellent. He was able to fix my issue quickly and professionally as well as another issue I did not know we had. I commend him for his excellent support.

MUCH better than big names like GoDaddy and HostGator Never heard about them but... they surprised me! VPS speed is amazing, much better than the big names like GoDaddy and HostGator which i tried for years and years. And costumer service is beyond i ever had. The agents are amazing with so much patience and the live chat is so useful. Can't believe i spent so much time with godaddy and hostgator and thought the low speed i got is common to all hosting services companies.

Tech Support was tremendous on my call… Tech Support was tremendous on my call in today. I appreciate how they met me right where I am, which is not very knowledgeable. Then they step me through my questions with a kind approach, until everything is answered in an excellent manner. My tech support person was Greg Grover, and am very thankful to work with him.
