If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. While the support request was low… While the support request was low priority and a simple thing, it took days and was handed through several technicians before it was resolved. Once resolved, it was done so satisfactorily. The passing of the ticket through the various people got a bit concerning until someone chimed in and agreed to take it on.
