If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.
