Then they step me through my questions with a kind approach, until everything is answered in an excellent manner. My tech support person was Greg Grover, and am very thankful to work with him.

If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. Zero support without pass phrase that will not be generally circulated throughout the company. Tons of error messages and blocked emails with no explanation. No integration to Gmail or other for iphone.
