GBTech Support was tremendous on my call… Tech Support was tremendous on my call in today. I appreciate how they met me right where I am, which is not very knowledgeable. GBI've been helped by Kohl on numerous… I've been helped by Kohl on numerous occasions, and have to say that while I've always had good support in general, Kohl's support and suggestions are exceptional! If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him.
