If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. I am at peace after I submit a ticket. What made my experience great? I have a peace when I place a support ticket, I know my education is dated, my skills are rusty and this team at liquid web is current and sharp. They ALWAYS educate me on what changed that I missed, it is like taking a question to the instructor at a college and asking what am I not grasping. Since I got pride out of the way and approach situations humble knowing I am speaking with the best of the best I have such a peace when something is not working as I think it might, or used to.
