I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

The Partner Program Team The Partner Program Team, specifically Alec and Ben S had been fantastic. They helped me through understanding and setting up everything. Servers too are superfast. I would recommend Liquidweb and is one of the best with whom i loved to move further. Great service..!!

God awful email platform for premium business Email platform for premium business services is sub standard to say the least. Zero support without pass phrase that will not be generally circulated throughout the company. Tons of error messages and blocked emails with no explanation. No integration to Gmail or other for iphone.
