I am at peace after I submit a ticket. What made my experience great? I have a peace when I place a support ticket, I know my education is dated, my skills are rusty and this team at liquid web is current and sharp. They ALWAYS educate me on what changed that I missed, it is like taking a question to the instructor at a college and asking what am I not grasping. Since I got pride out of the way and approach situations humble knowing I am speaking with the best of the best I have such a peace when something is not working as I think it might, or used to.

MUCH better than big names like GoDaddy and HostGator Never heard about them but... they surprised me! VPS speed is amazing, much better than the big names like GoDaddy and HostGator which i tried for years and years. And costumer service is beyond i ever had. The agents are amazing with so much patience and the live chat is so useful. Can't believe i spent so much time with godaddy and hostgator and thought the low speed i got is common to all hosting services companies.

If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. God awful email platform for premium business Email platform for premium business services is sub standard to say the least. Zero support without pass phrase that will not be generally circulated throughout the company. Tons of error messages and blocked emails with no explanation. No integration to Gmail or other for iphone.
