Then they step me through my questions with a kind approach, until everything is answered in an excellent manner. My tech support person was Greg Grover, and am very thankful to work with him.

I've been helped by Kohl on numerous… I've been helped by Kohl on numerous occasions, and have to say that while I've always had good support in general, Kohl's support and suggestions are exceptional! If possible, when I call for support, I ask if Kohl is available, because I trust the level of support - and the suggestions - he offers. Do not, under any circumstances, lose him. You should have trainees shadow him to learn how to do it right. This is based on numerous interactions with him over many months on various issues -- He ALWAYS takes great care to get things done properly. He is friendly and very professional.

While the support request was low… While the support request was low priority and a simple thing, it took days and was handed through several technicians before it was resolved. Once resolved, it was done so satisfactorily. The passing of the ticket through the various people got a bit concerning until someone chimed in and agreed to take it on.

Technically competent solutions to our problems We have several sites that need annual SSL CERT updates. I hate doing that every year on our various domains, but here on our Liquid Web account, a short email to the support team and the problem is solved. Like all our other requests of them, direct and technically competent solutions to our problems, and sage advice when needed. I wish our other suppliers were anywhere near as competent.
