Shipping issue The program kept rejecting shipping dates. I got it worked out, but only after Chatting with customer service, which wasn't available at the time (late in the evening) I first tried to place the order.

Chat help was good Chat help was good. Description of wines and ratings were helpful Addendum: bought 2bottles if Portuguese wine for my brother’s birthday gift, a vino verde and Graham’s port. This was in anticipation of an upcoming Douro River trip. They were delivered without issue and reported to be delicious
