Wine.com WHY BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE? provide some of the very best… Wine.com provide some of the very best service imaginable. The site is easy to use and well informed. I find the search filters extremely helpful- in particular the combination of ‘critics reviews’ and ‘price’. In addition the service is excellent. I have bought at least 20 times for delivery to NY and Idaho including ‘en primeur’ that get delivered a year or more after ordering. Win.com are 100% reliable- they have informed me if there is a possible problem with damaged labels or leaking corks. In short, i know i am in safe hands. Why buy from anyone else?

Easy to do business with Easy to order, easy to track shipments, easy to look at order history, easy to track wine futures purchases, great selection and fair pricing. Not the cheapest but little differences in your service makes all the Difference! Plastic bag covers on expensive cellar wine, stickers indicating rating, price paid and date purchased. Also QR codes on the labels make re-ordering or checking inventory really easy. These are incredible “value added” measures that as a wine collector, I really appreciate.

Shipping issue The program kept rejecting shipping dates. I got it worked out, but only after Chatting with customer service, which wasn't available at the time (late in the evening) I first tried to place the order.

Fired as a customer. I’ve been a stewardship member for about eight months. Apparently you can buy too much wine from Wine.com and they’ll blackball you. Went to place an order for around $230 and they would not accept my credit card any longer. I made half a dozen phone calls, including one conference call with Wine.com representative and someone from my credit card company. There’s nothing wrong with my Visa card. They just don’t want to do business with me apparently. After multiple calls, text sessions, and no response from Wine.com saying they found the problem, I am letting the world know they just customers randomly.
