Unresponsive to customer service inquiry The fact that Tipxy sat on my order for over a month with no update on why it hadn't shipped makes me not want to use Tipxy again. It took me reaching out to the the distillery owner to get a response. This is not ok. Ordering alcohol should not be this much work.

The execution was fine but The execution was fine - quick delivery - the disappointment was buying two lots of 6 bottles both of which arrived together ie one shipment further more they both exceeded the cost of shipping at $99 dollars per order/shipment meaning i did not need to pay any shipping at tall according to the order form but you dinged me of two lots of shipping. You owe me - till you acknowledge that no more orders - the price for buying locally here would have been more attractive if i'd known you were going to cheat, over to you...

I placed my order on 4/10 and still… I placed my order on 4/10 and still have not received it. The orders take way too long to be fulfilled. This is my third time attempting to order through Tipxy, and the processing time does not make sense. Please be realistic with the orders and let the customers know the expected time before taking our money so we can decide whether we want to move forward with it or not. I still don't know where my order is and yet you want me to review the order, which is ridiculous!

Won Soju Hunt My order was supposed to be delivered later than when I received it. Even with me missing my initial drop off time, it was still early AND no damage to the bottles (most impeccable packing I've ever seen). Which is awesome because what I purchased has been out of stock near me or hours away. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be using you guys again and will recommend to EVERYONE!
