Unresponsive to customer service inquiry The fact that Tipxy sat on my order for over a month with no update on why it hadn't shipped makes me not want to use Tipxy again. It took me reaching out to the the distillery owner to get a response. This is not ok. Ordering alcohol should not be this much work.

Poor Customer Service/Questionable Package Origin… Received partial order not too long after order was placed. I sent two messages a week apart after receiving partial order asking where rest was and got no reply until a 3rd attempt. Was told other items likely out of stock so then, almost a month later, received a couple of the other items I ordered but packaging looked like grocer just shoved in a box. Not impressed at all with their communication/responsiveness and will not be ordering from there again.
