GBWon Soju Hunt My order was supposed to be delivered later than when I received it. Even with me missing my initial drop off time, it was still early AND no damage to the bottles (most impeccable packing I've ever seen). Which is awesome because what I purchased has been out of stock near me or hours away. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be using you guys again and will recommend to EVERYONE!

GBHappy with first order I was a little hesitant ordering liquor online but Tipxy was great. Ordered a Four Roses Ten Recipe Tasting Experience. It shipped promptly and was very-well packaged. Allocated bourbons are overpriced like everywhere else but I would order from Tipxy again if the price was right.

GBPoor Customer Service/Questionable Package Origin… Received partial order not too long after order was placed. I sent two messages a week apart after receiving partial order asking where rest was and got no reply until a 3rd attempt. Was told other items likely out of stock so then, almost a month later, received a couple of the other items I ordered but packaging looked like grocer just shoved in a box. Not impressed at all with their communication/responsiveness and will not be ordering from there again.

GBI was shipped the wrong product I was shipped the wrong product. Customer service email has a very low response time. Still have not received my refund, and I am having to file a fraud claim with my bank because of it.

GBOut of Stock items can be purchased I ordered two items and one was clearly out of stock even though your site listed it as available. Only after one item shipped and couldn't be cancelled was the order for my other item cancelled. The one item you cancelled (The Gospel Straight Rye, 750ml) is still available for purchase on your site. Overall, not a great customer experience.
