GBOnline ordering system unreliable, shipping is slow While I've had good experience with Tipxy in the past, things seem to have gone downhill. After I placed an order, I was charged but nothing happened for a week. Since there was no communication, I emailed customer service. I got a prompt reply informing me that all but one item in my order is actually out of stock and that the entire order will now be canceled and refunded. The website was listing out-of-stock items as available, but there was no word about when the system might be fixed or if this is just how it works now. I then placed a new order including only the one in-stock item that customer service told me about. This took a full week to ship, but I did receive it after two weeks. Given this experience, I will hesitate to use Tipxy again.

GBI read a lot of negative on this site I read a lot of negative on this site. My first order went very well. Good price on 2 bottles of luck7 with discount. Shipped a few days later. The bottles were in the blow up plastic covers. Seen this from other vendors. Absolutely no way those bottles can break. Excellent job packing and shipping. Waited a few days before ship but otherwise this was great transaction for me. First time order not the last. Went well.

GBHave placed 3 orders from them Have placed 3 orders from them, this last order took 2 weeks and several emails before I was told it was being shipped. Only after asking about getting a refund did it seem like the issue was addressed. I'm in VA. , it's sold and shipped from N.Y. and it just seemed like a long time to me. Now I need to find Won Soju being sold closer to home.

GBI placed my order on 4/10 and still… I placed my order on 4/10 and still have not received it. The orders take way too long to be fulfilled. This is my third time attempting to order through Tipxy, and the processing time does not make sense. Please be realistic with the orders and let the customers know the expected time before taking our money so we can decide whether we want to move forward with it or not. I still don't know where my order is and yet you want me to review the order, which is ridiculous!
