Great experience Great experience. Bought twice, first two bottles of a 30 years old wine, had some issues with the way they were kept, cork condition and such, got back to Ben and he explained the conditions of the deal for that cellar from his perspective but decided to make it right for me too. Bought a second time some 13 years old Tuscan wine from a winery I just visited two months ago, it was as good as it was there. Shipment in both cases was fast and precise, overall experience great! will definitely consider buying again.

Outstanding Customer Service Wow!!! I ordered a vintage bottle of port online mid-afternoon on Christmas Day and within thirty minutes received an email reply from Ben. He wanted to know my shipping preference. I was trying to get delivery in time for a party on the 27th, but thought that might be impossible due to the Christmas holidays. Au contraire. Ben emailed me again at 8:30 PM Christmas evening to confirm shipping costs, then arranged overnight Fed Ex delivery and I received my port the next day. I could not have asked for more, but if I had, I believe Ben would have somehow found a way to comply.
