Quick shipping The bottle of port I ordered was shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The recipient hasn't opened it yet, so I can't speak to the contents of the bottle. But the customer service was top-notch.

This is the second time I have ordered… This is the second time I have ordered from Cellarraiders (Ben Wallace). Not only did the wine that I ordered come on time as promised but the wine was as advertised and kept properly. I highly recommend using them in the future for your high end wine sourcing needs. I know I will be back.

First order of many, hopefully! I was blown away by the customer service - I placed my first order with Cellar Raiders, Ben was in touch immediately and I had the order in hand the next day! Wine was expertly packed and looks to have experienced excellent provenance. I had heard good things about Ben and CR, and now I see why. I look forward to supplementing my own cellar with many more gems from Cellar Raiders!

I found some wine that I really liked… I found some wine that I really liked in my preferred vintage. Ben is going to hold it for me until it gets cooler in Florida. Glad to see he was thinking about the heat! My experience so far is limited to shopping but I would have to give it a 5 star rating based on price, availability and customer service. Can't wait for the cooler weather so I can enjoy these finds.

It is good until it is not Got three bad expensive bottles ($300+) over the past 4 months (different makers/vintages). Bad corks/oxidized wine. On last one I did not even get answer from Cellaraiders. From probability perspective, it can't be a fluke anymore. Really nervous since I have many other that I have not opened yet.
