Outstanding Customer Service Wow!!! I ordered a vintage bottle of port online mid-afternoon on Christmas Day and within thirty minutes received an email reply from Ben. He wanted to know my shipping preference. I was trying to get delivery in time for a party on the 27th, but thought that might be impossible due to the Christmas holidays. Au contraire. Ben emailed me again at 8:30 PM Christmas evening to confirm shipping costs, then arranged overnight Fed Ex delivery and I received my port the next day. I could not have asked for more, but if I had, I believe Ben would have somehow found a way to comply.
