I recently purchased a case of Austin… I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.

Great Selection and Service! Considering I live in the west, I continue to buy wine from Saratoga because aside from its fabulous wine selection, it has superior service! When I ordered the last mixed case of wine, I received an email from Saratoga saying that one of the wines I ordered was no longer in inventory. I asked for a suitable substitution. Sure enough, very quickly I received a suggestion of a wonderful white wine substitute. Shipping was relatively fast too (I'm near Fresno)! I'll definitely order from Saratoga again.

I found a rather rare tequila here … I found a rather rare tequila here (Fortaleza Anejo) and was able to have it shipped across the country. The shipping was reasonably fast, and it was packed nicely too (with special bubble wrap for a bottle). I was also amazed by the low price, as they had this tequila priced at the same price the blanco and reposado is usually priced at. This was my first liquor purchase over the internet, and it seems to have paid off. Nice doing business with you!
