Suprisingly Excellent I was a little hesitant about using a company I never heard of to order a case of expensive wine, but this experience has been wonderful. I initially wanted the wine delivered in Dec due to the hot Florida weather which they accommodated. We are having a cool spell with temperatures in the low 70s so I requested shipping soon. Not only did they do it soon, but it was shipped that day and I received the wine the next day--all of the bottles were cool with ice packs in the shipping containers. From ordering to delivery everything was simple.

Getting a different vintage than … Getting a different vintage than wanted. Was alerted to change and given opportunity to decline, but still disappointing. Also, couldn't ship to home address( not the fault of Saratoga Wines) but, once again, still disappointing. I hope this vintage is as good as the one ordered.

Favorite new store After calling the store for some bourbon recommendations, I ordered their personal barrel selections. The delivery was so fast, I thought they drove it themselves. That being said, my wife and I both agree they (Four Roses, Makers Mark 46, Woodford Reserve, Bulleit) are now among our favorite whiskies, and we have almost 70 in our collection.

Good customer service Good customer service. Well packaged, delivered earlier than expected. Haven't tried yet, and I assume it has been stored properly before shipping, so I may update to 5 starts.

Poor customer service! I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.
