USGetting a different vintage than … Getting a different vintage than wanted. Was alerted to change and given opportunity to decline, but still disappointing. Also, couldn't ship to home address( not the fault of Saratoga Wines) but, once again, still disappointing. I hope this vintage is as good as the one ordered.

SaratogaWine.com was the first choice. I had 3 bottles of the wine delivered to me 3 days later. Only $7 for shipping. Awesome service.

USPoor customer service! I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.

USGood customer service Good customer service. Well packaged, delivered earlier than expected. Haven't tried yet, and I assume it has been stored properly before shipping, so I may update to 5 starts.

USI found a rather rare tequila here … I found a rather rare tequila here (Fortaleza Anejo) and was able to have it shipped across the country. The shipping was reasonably fast, and it was packed nicely too (with special bubble wrap for a bottle). I was also amazed by the low price, as they had this tequila priced at the same price the blanco and reposado is usually priced at. This was my first liquor purchase over the internet, and it seems to have paid off. Nice doing business with you!
