FRThere do exist respectable wine sellers online! Not only are the prices great, with reasonable shipping rates and quick delivery, but customer service is also responsive, helpful and generous. About 5 minutes after placing my first order, I got a separate email with a 10% discount on my first order. Chagrined, I sent a quick email to customer service asking if they could apply it to my order. Without any hesitation, I had a refund of the 10% in my PayPal account. With so many shady wine sellers online, I was thinking about buying these in France and packing them in my suitcase. But once I found Saratoga, that ordeal was no longer worth considering.

GBI've placed two orders with Saratoga … I've placed two orders with Saratoga Wine and both experiences were perfect. Efficient ordering and delivery. And I much appreciate the email updates on status so I know exactly when to be home to sign for it. They carry our family wine from Italy. I am a loyal customer.

GBI recently purchased a case of Austin… I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.
