Poor customer service! I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.

Many others (caskers, bourbonhuntusa.com, sipwhiskey.com) can learn from this store how to conduct business. 10 out of 5. Certainly recommend.

Favorite new store After calling the store for some bourbon recommendations, I ordered their personal barrel selections. The delivery was so fast, I thought they drove it themselves. That being said, my wife and I both agree they (Four Roses, Makers Mark 46, Woodford Reserve, Bulleit) are now among our favorite whiskies, and we have almost 70 in our collection.

I've placed two orders with Saratoga … I've placed two orders with Saratoga Wine and both experiences were perfect. Efficient ordering and delivery. And I much appreciate the email updates on status so I know exactly when to be home to sign for it. They carry our family wine from Italy. I am a loyal customer.
