The only beer distributor in the metro … The only beer distributor in the metro area to be responsive at any time of the day and always meets our needs. We've had other beer distributors give us the runaround and had one actually not show up with our keg when promised. We never had that issue with NYGrocery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.

Effecient, helpful, prompt, cost effiective This is a great service for someone visiting in New York; as we have an apartment rented, we need groceries but don't really want to spend time shopping for them. Plus and Minus Got a call to change several items from my order which I found to be wonderful. Most places either simply substitute or cut those out of the order. Delivery was prompt. However, the pictures of the salami we bought was a full salami, but what arrived was a package of slices. Might be a great addition to the NYC late night ordering scene if they deliver what they show - - even if everything is a bit on the high side. It was after 10 pm when we made the order, one should expect to have to pay premium.

They went above and beyond. I ordered tulips to be delivered asap as a surprise. While the web site said they were in stock, I soon received a phone call stating that they were out of tulips. Although communication was very challenging due to background noise, I left it to the merchant to be creative - but to include some roses. Then the delivery person ran into issues when the recipient was unexpectedly not home. I received another immediate call, and not only did the delivery person find a decent hiding spot, but they sent me photos of the spot to be sure I thought it would work. It did, and, in the end, the gorgeous arrangement was picked up and on the table.
