GBGood selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.

GBThey went above and beyond. I ordered tulips to be delivered asap as a surprise. While the web site said they were in stock, I soon received a phone call stating that they were out of tulips. Although communication was very challenging due to background noise, I left it to the merchant to be creative - but to include some roses. Then the delivery person ran into issues when the recipient was unexpectedly not home. I received another immediate call, and not only did the delivery person find a decent hiding spot, but they sent me photos of the spot to be sure I thought it would work. It did, and, in the end, the gorgeous arrangement was picked up and on the table.

CAThank You ! Thank You ! Thank You ! I sent an email from Canada as I wanted to send a gift to my brother in NYC, but could not enter Canadian billing address. Customer service responded quickly and I was able to arrange for the delivery, that arrived at his office a few hours later. Thank You for the very prompt reply and solution.

GBTerrific! Ordered in the afternoon for my daughter who had been away on business and had no time to shop before impending historic snowstorm. My daughter uses Fresh Direct and all deliveries were canceled for today and tomorrow due to weather. I found your website, placed the order within 10 minutes. Groceries were delivered ahead of time and with her doorman by the time she arrived home. A bit pricer and tip was steeper than other delivery services but well worth it in a pinch.

GBA few times I have received… A few times I have received substitutions I didn't like, such as Baked Lays not real Lays, $3 creamy ranch when I ordered $7 Maries salad dressing, ranch dip not onion, chocolate cookies not peanut butter....so use their write-in section to specify if you're picky! Sometimes they call to okay subs, but not always
