Awful experience Awful experience. placed an order 6 days ago, it still hasn't been shipped and MAYBE, just MAYBE they will be able to receive the item from their supplier in 3 days from now and THEN ship it. In addition to this, the company is forcing you to install a Shop app on your phone (to track the order) that spies on your personal emails. Absolutely horrible shopping experience. First and last time I used them.

Very convenient and reasonably priced Very convenient and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the shipment tracking lacks updates and keeps the buyer wondering when delivery will be made. On the positive side, the Mercury Delivery Service driver out of Dayton, OH called to let us know that he was on the way and called again when he arrived, but it was all same-day, and if we happened to be away from home he would have made a dry run and we would not have received the package. The delivery driver was very polite, professional, and customer focused despite having to make our delivery at 8:00 PM, with several additional deliveries in his vehicle.
