GBI had the worst experience I had the worst experience . They show you the selection of the wines if you buy the box. They are mixed I understood that . But what I got i would not even give to a wino in the street. Bottom of the barrel wines. They should call it the headache maker box. I have emalied them 3 times and they dont'respond. Never again

GB10/10 As a new customer (04/01), this is what I experienced on my first order of Cabernet's that included 2 bottles/ Napa and 1 bottle/ Argentina. -Order date was received as promised. -Shipment was professionally handled; container well molded for glass and liquid delivery. -The wine was SUPERB! - Ordered 4 more bottles 4/18. All I need now is a Powerball win and an Eagles Super Bowl trophy.

GBThey sent me a wine with a damaged… They sent me a wine with a damaged label. I already sent them two e-mails and they never replied me back. Since they don’t care about their costumers I won’t be buying from them again.

After placing an order for a case of one of my favorite cabernets, I discovered that I had neglected to take advantage of a discount offer I had been emailed previously. My mistake was quickly rectified with a single telephone call to their customer service number. GBThis will be the only place I buy wine… This will be the only place I buy wine from online! Awesome selections, had wines I couldn’t find elsewhere. Recently made a purchase and I messed up with the shipping. Customer service was very responsive and helped me fix the error no problem. Kelsey was awesome.
