My Christmas Angels… I was having a difficult time figuring out a gift for my nephew and his family, which includes his hard to impress mother, that wouldn't break the bank. Then I found BuyWinesOnline.com. I was impressed (and hope the family will be!) It shipped in plenty of time for Christmas - but little did I know I'd been given the wrong address! It was delivered to the address I provided - apparently, the recipient was delighted . . . I contacted BuyWinesOnline.com, explained my dilemma, requesting the name of the person who signed for the order. Haley responded immediately, offering what help she could. (My signature isn't readable either!) This has all occurred - well, this is day 3. Last night Haley states they will re-ship the order. This morning I get a message from Anthony stating their intent to re-ship my order if I can provide the correct address! That is going totally above and beyond. Other companies should take a lesson in Customer Service. I was impressed with Haley's attempt to help me discover the identity of the signee, but their extreme effort to assure a Merry Christmas is had by all is nothing short of impressive.
