GBThey sent me a wine with a damaged… They sent me a wine with a damaged label. I already sent them two e-mails and they never replied me back. Since they don’t care about their costumers I won’t be buying from them again.

GBEasy to order I ordered a case of wines which delivered in 6 days by Fedex with well protected box.Order confirmation, shipping confirmation happened within 24 hours. Price of wine was reasonable, shipping cost seemed great deal for a dozen of wine. On the side, I made a minor mistake creating account, so I sent a request to adjust it, they took care of it right next day. I felt whatever their system using is well established and they have great customer service. I have no doubt to order from them again.

GBOutstanding Customer Service As a return customer, I appreciate the consistently high level of customer service at BuyWinesOnline.com. Today's experience was no exception. After placing an order for a case of one of my favorite cabernets, I discovered that I had neglected to take advantage of a discount offer I had been emailed previously. My mistake was quickly rectified with a single telephone call to their customer service number. The BuyWinesOnline.com representative, Christina, couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful as she diligently worked to address my concern.

They have an amazing selection of collectable, rare, esoteric, tiny-production, highly-rated wines, along with the $15-20 per bottle, everyday stuff as well. Their prices are very competitive, and shipping is reasonable and fast! A+++++

GBMy Christmas Angels… I was having a difficult time figuring out a gift for my nephew and his family, which includes his hard to impress mother, that wouldn't break the bank. Then I found BuyWinesOnline.com. I was impressed (and hope the family will be!) It shipped in plenty of time for Christmas - but little did I know I'd been given the wrong address! It was delivered to the address I provided - apparently, the recipient was delighted . . . I contacted BuyWinesOnline.com, explained my dilemma, requesting the name of the person who signed for the order. Haley responded immediately, offering what help she could. (My signature isn't readable either!) This has all occurred - well, this is day 3. Last night Haley states they will re-ship the order. This morning I get a message from Anthony stating their intent to re-ship my order if I can provide the correct address! That is going totally above and beyond. Other companies should take a lesson in Customer Service. I was impressed with Haley's attempt to help me discover the identity of the signee, but their extreme effort to assure a Merry Christmas is had by all is nothing short of impressive. Thank you so much, my Christmas angels!
