Services are good Services are good. Cost and flexibility are my main concerns as there are cheaper options out there (though granted maybe not as good service). But also, would be really nice to be able to choose beyond the basic packages and say I want X GB of drive space with X GB of Ram and X processors etc... Overall though the experience has been positive.

Their customer service is especially helpful and always replies swiftly and professionally to help us sort any problems that might have arisen with our servers. We are not server experts - but VPS.net is. We really feel they have got our backs.

Great customer service I was having issues with reinstating my SSL certificates on my website as they were supplied by a third party. Vps very kindly applied two brand new ssl's for free for the next year to help resolve the issue quickly. Much appreciated and just wish more companies could be as helpful.

I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but… I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but learning thanks to UK2.nets knowledge base but when I contact Support as I have done twice today the response is always fast, friendly and they sort out the issues and importantly show you how they have done it, so always learning. VPS standard support with moving your server Speed is supports's foremost merit. They ALWAYS reply quite fast considering mine is a standard package. The information is usually bite-size which is and isn't as helpful, but you can find your way from there.
