GBHorrible experience I see a lot of the same reviews here. I ordered 6 bottles nearly 3 weeks ago. I've been getting emails from Vivino saying that my shipment is being delivered, followed by 'UPS can't find my house'. I've called 4 times, and the customer service folks tell me they have it handled and to not worry. Today, I get an email saying the shipment is being returned to sender because my house can't be found. I live in a well-known neighborhood and have seen UPS come down my street multiple times. Complete BS. Do NOT order from this company.

GBEfficient v Profit I have been using the app for info regarding wines & it’s worked very well & easy, informative & useful for years. Noticibly, not so much any more. Leads me to believe they became successful & the original developers baled, took the money & now live on an island in the sun—as you do. Because, how do you go from EZ to hard to use, loaded with annoying/unwanted ads to convoluted? Reading their most recent reviews leads me to stay with The Wine Society to purchase wine. Typical when a small company becomes successful & is gobbled up by an investment firm or hedgefund who will suck all the profits out & come up with more ways to get money, provide no customer service, no way to contact, blow tons of smoke about how sorry they are and continue to profit at our expense.😠

GBI don’t know what they’ve done lately… I don’t know what they’ve done lately but now that they allow ads too, they must’ve changed some thing because literally the camera doesn’t work as well on the app and you have to take a picture of the bottle like five times to make sure it’s got the right vintage year, right estate, make sure there’s no other anomalies like it says old vine on there and it’s really not the old vine version of the wine. They have gone really downhill lately as far as camera recognition. The reviews and the what you should pay for your area portion of the app are still working very well.

GBEven after I dithered 4-months before… Even after I dithered 4-months before ordering the wine that I spotted, Vivino had the item in stock and readily available. I had it in my hands within 3 or 4 days, at the price originally offered.

GBThe order arrived fast and well packed The order arrived fast and well packed. We have only tried one bottle of wine so far, and unfortunately we did not like it. To make matters worse, it was a $36 bottle of wine. I wish there was a way to get a full or even partial refund on bottles they match you with that end up not being one you enjoy. Another wine club I am apart of does that and it’s something that keeps me as a customer coming back because I know my preferences matter to them.
