GBSometimes you just need a nudge... Liked the unsolicited offer to purchase a wine I had just reviewed and liked. This then ended up being the easiest case of wine I ever ordered, because it was a few buttons to push on the app, and then 3 days later the wine was delivered to my front door. The most low hassle easy wine purchase I have made to date.

GBNeed a better courier company. As I didn't receive anything for four days I finally called after a week and asked when my order would be shipped and I was told it would arrive the next day. So I waited at home but it did not arrive till Friday. I understand it is the courier but if you are using a courier company, shouldn't you be able to coordinate with them so that they send you an email letting you know the date and an approximate time of delivery?

GBHorrible experience I see a lot of the same reviews here. I ordered 6 bottles nearly 3 weeks ago. I've been getting emails from Vivino saying that my shipment is being delivered, followed by 'UPS can't find my house'. I've called 4 times, and the customer service folks tell me they have it handled and to not worry. Today, I get an email saying the shipment is being returned to sender because my house can't be found. I live in a well-known neighborhood and have seen UPS come down my street multiple times. Complete BS. Do NOT order from this company.

GBIs this a scam? Wrong order sent, no one replys via customer service, is this a scam? Used the customer service page to register a problem but not heard anything. Order number is X1OQ27QA.

GBI have been using Vivino for years to… I have been using Vivino for years to just check ratings from users on wine but after basically being blind sided by the abrupt closure of Underground Cellar and their business practices I have turned to Vivino for my wine purchases from their vendors and have not been disappointed. Vivino keeps track of your orders and makes sure your orders ships or communicates if there is a delay. Don’t hesitate Vivino is for real, give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
