GBA little early... Company who received the basket said it was beautifully presented. All crackers, nuts etc. were very fresh and tasty. One star off for delivery on Wednesday when I requested Thursday. Early is usually good but I wanted it to arrive on a day when certain people were there.

GBNot worth the money Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.

GBGift never arrives or is of lesser value This is the second time in a row that my gift was "lost" when shipped from North Carolina vis FedEx. Also, when the gift DOES actually arrive, its not as nice as what was pictured. I have been a loyal customer for several years but this is ridiculous. The CEO must not care if the company goes out of business, as many others have similar complaints.

GBOrdered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in… Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in advance to be delivered to a business. Paid the extra fee to have it delivered on a specific day for the event. Basket did not arrive and came a day late. Requested a refund from Gift Tree only for the shipping cost and the extra fee charged to have it delivered on a specific date. Thought that was reasonable of me only asking for my shipping to be refunded and not the entire order. They denied my refund saying that the delivery was only for an "estimated date". Will not use this company again due to failure to perform as advertised.

GBChocolate Gift Basket melted I ordered a gift basket full of chocolates from GiftTree to be sent to Florida that arrived melted. GiftTree was notified and placed a temporary hold on future purchases of that item until the shipping issue could be fixed. They also sent a generous replacement for the melted gift and totally redeemed themselves. Excellent care and customer service from GiftTree!
